Commercial communications
You will only receive communications if:
- You requested information from us or contracted a product or service from us.
- You provided us with your data by accepting the relevant box on our form.
- You have not stated your wish to stop receiving such communications.
We obtain your express consent before sending any communication, and you may request at any time that we stop sending communications to the email dpo@swansschool.net
If you choose to stop receiving our communications, your personal data will continue to be stored as a result of the contract entered into by you in order to comply with legal requirements.
Purpose: we will only use your data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we must use it for another reason, notifying you in advance so that you are informed of the legal basis for its processing and provided that the purpose is compatible with the original purpose.

2. ¿Qué datos recopilamos?

Comunicaciones comerciales
Solo recibirá comunicaciones si:
- Nos solicitó información o realizó una contratación con nosotros de un producto o servicio.
- Si nos proporcionó sus datos, aceptando la casilla habilitada al respecto en nuestro formulario.
- Siempre y cuando no haya manifestado su voluntad de dejar de recibir dichas comunicaciones.

9. Seguridad de Datos.
